Role Purpose
As a Project Coordinator, you will support the smooth running of projects across security, document control, commercial administration and general coordination. You’ll work closely with project teams to keep information accurate, processes compliant and activities on track.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to‑day administrative support to the project team
- Support site audits for security and document control, helping track and close actions
- Coordinate site access and security clearances with relevant teams
- Work with Project and Site Managers to ensure timely onboarding and inductions
