JOB SCOPE

• Attend to general enquiries from exhibitors (orientation provided)
• Checking on exhibitors collaterals and listing details
• Exposed to online platforms
• Reporting duties to manager
• Database entry & updating of information
• Onsite at EXPO is required during setup day.

REQUIREMENTS

• Preferably have at least 1 year experiene in MICE, customer service industry
• Proficient in MS Office
• Able to work OT when requested (esp during setup days)

OTHERS

• Able to commence on early August.
• Able to commit 3months contract till end Oct/Early Nov.
• Mon to Fri (might need to work OT during event dates)
• Monthly basic salary from SGD$2500 to SGD$3000
