• To support the Project Manager in the day to day operation at site and not limited to the below:-
• To establish and maintain the Manpower Resource tracking at site
• Preparation and follow up on the project team in preparation of the Monthly progress meeting slides, MOM, etc.
• Project Claim submission - This will involve in tracking of the work done in the previous month, and gathering of the evidence to support the work done in the previous month. Look ahead on the future months as forecast and to advise Project team to complete the work as per forecast.
• Project variation order tracking and preparation of supporting documentation as required in contract. To review with client and vendor for the required documentation for claims.
