Position Overview

This position provides feedback, support, and education to collaborators and customers with the primary goal of achieving accountability and compliance with all metrics supporting programmatic work stemming from JHM, HSCRC, and other regulatory agencies. Works in conjunction with Patient Safety and Quality leaders to identify performance improvement (PI) opportunities and needs. Responsible for effectively facilitating performance improvement teams. Participates in Joint Commission and other regulatory compliance-related activities, and/or other organization-wide projects. The position requires collaboration with appropriate staff, disciplines, and departments in developing and overseeing the implementation of plans of corrective action.
