Position Overview

Job Responsibilities
  • Handle project documentation submission, tracking and filing.
  • Prepare and submit documents to clients, consultants and relevant authorities.
  • Maintain proper records including and not limited to catalogue, drawings, correspondence and approvals.
  • Support the project team in administrative and coordination tasks.
  • Attend project meetings and prepare minutes of meeting.
  • Assist with general project administration duties as required.
  • All other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by reporting manager.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in any related field.
  • Experience in document control/document submission for construction will be an advantage.
  • Well‑organised, detail‑oriented and able to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
