Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Design Engineering department
• Assist in project documentation, filing, and report preparation
• Follow up closely with internal departments and project stakeholders
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and project updates
• Prepare reports and updates for HOD
• Ensure proper tracking of project progress and documentation
• Support communication between departments to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements:

• Degree in Administration, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Electrical background is an added advantage
• Mandarin speaker is an added advantage
