Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Prepare meeting minutes and manage project documentation, records, and staff timesheets.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with audit requirements and adheres to ISO policies and procedures.
  • Receive and direct visitors, respond to site enquiries, and coordinate with the HQ corporate office.
  • Manage telephone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Project Director and project team members, redirecting matters where appropriate.
  • Prepare petty cash reports, payment recommendation forms, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, work orders, and requests for quotations (RFQs).
  • Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain the best pricing and procurement terms.
  • Plan and coordinate transportation route schedules.
  • Source materials, tools, machinery, equipment, and other miscellaneous project-related purchases.
