Position Overview
Job Title: Project Accountant
Location: Bengaluru
Roles and responsibilities:
Manage vendor invoices by receiving, recording, and maintaining a project-specific register that includes the invoice details, receipt date, approvals, and payment release status. Collaborate with the project team and site material controller to facilitate internal certification according to invoice type: Supply: Through procurement, verify the MRN and address any shortages or defects with vendors. Calculate and monitor LD in accordance with the terms of the purchase order, if applicable. Service: Acquire certifications from the site engineer, FCM, and PM. Proforma Invoices: Prior to certification, verify that the Kolkata office has received the original ABGs and maintain ABG/PBG trackers. Freight: Collaborate with the logistics manager.
