Position Overview

Job Title: Project Accountant

Location: Bengaluru

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Manage vendor invoices by receiving, recording, and maintaining a project-specific register that includes the invoice details, receipt date, approvals, and payment release status.
  • Collaborate with the project team and site material controller to facilitate internal certification according to invoice type:
  • Supply: Through procurement, verify the MRN and address any shortages or defects with vendors. Calculate and monitor LD in accordance with the terms of the purchase order, if applicable.
  • Service: Acquire certifications from the site engineer, FCM, and PM.
  • Proforma Invoices: Prior to certification, verify that the Kolkata office has received the original ABGs and maintain ABG/PBG trackers.
  • Freight: Collaborate with the logistics manager.
