Position Overview

Responsibilities:

Project Accounting

  • Set up and maintain accurate project financial data in Ajera/BQE Core
  • Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure billing terms and project details are correct
  • Administer pay applications, including documentation and tracking
  • Billing & Accounts Receivable

  • Lead the monthly billing cycle (drafts, revisions, and final invoices)
  • Post labor and expenses and maintain billing accuracy
  • Track receivables, apply payments, and manage collections
  • Provide aging reports and follow up on outstanding invoices
  • Bookkeeping & Financial Support

  • Maintain accurate financial records and support outsourced accounting partners
  • Assist with expense tracking, vendor coordination, and financial documentation
  • Help ensure data accuracy for reporting and audits
