Health Innovation Wessex (HIW) is offering three fixed‑term positions for a Programme Manager – Innovation Adoption. The roles are one 23‑month post and two 12‑month posts. Applicants may indicate their preferred contract length.

Role Overview

As a Programme Manager – Innovation Adoption you will lead and deliver impactful programmes that support the implementation and scaling of innovative solutions across Wessex and beyond. You will manage an evolving portfolio of programmes that facilitate innovation adoption within the region.

Main Responsibilities

• Proactively manage Innovation Adoption Project(s) to deliver the Health Innovation Wessex overarching Innovation Adoption Programme.
• Identify and evaluate the impact of innovative service developments and technology solutions on patient outcomes and NHS services.
