About You:

  • Overseeing a Planning Team, dealing with the planning and delivery of all M&E activities.
  • Support the Line Manager of a team of Programme Support Officers.
  • Telephone, face to face meetings and email queries.
  • Investigate complaints including those from Councillors, MPs and Ombudsman.
  • Supporting/working with M&E Trade Managers and other Managers within the service.
