Facilitates the development of activities and programs designed to encourage underrepresented students to overcome barriers to postsecondary education, to improve high school retention and graduation rates, and promote college degree attainment. Works with high school administrators, counselors and staff, representatives of community agencies, TRIO staff and student services areas to ensure the success of the program.
