Noblis MSD NAVWAR Operations is seeking a **Program Manager** in **San Diego, CA** to support the San Diego organization in Program and contract management in the management of various large Navy programs. The scope includes working with the program management office, Operations Director, contracts, project control and business development.

The candidate will provide financial and program execution oversight and new business development. Candidate will work directly with the government technical and contractual teams in daily execution. Work supports the Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) PEO C4I / PAE Mission Systems work.
