As a Program Manager in KLU’s Executive Education team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, delivering, and scaling high-impact learning experiences for professionals. This role blends hands-on project leadership, client engagement, and business development—perfectly aligned with KLU’s mission to empower leaders with an operations mindset. ​The position is full-time and limited to 2 years.

Your Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Business Development

Act as a trusted advisor and key account manager for corporate clients and university partners. 

Identify client learning needs and co-develop tailored solutions aligned with their strategic goals. 

Support marketing and sales efforts by crafting compelling proposals and representing KLU at networking events. 

Contribute to revenue growth through client acquisition, retention, and relationship building.
