Location: Hybrid from Barcelona

You will: Lead and oversee regional and global programs, coordinating multiple projects and workstreams. Define program vision, governance, delivery approach, and implementation plans. Manage program execution, ensuring objectives are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Monitor progress, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation actions when required. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across IT, Business, Risk, and other functions. Coordinate project teams, resources, and budgets to support successful delivery.
