Main Responsibilities: Support daily program coordination from customer order/demand to delivery follow-up. Handle customer enquiries, quotations, sales support matters, and order status updates. Coordinate with internal teams on production schedules, material readiness, delivery issues, and documentation. Track program progress, shortages, bottlenecks, and outstanding actions to ensure timely fulfilment.
