Role Summary As the prime delivery partner, FPT is leading a multi-year implementation program for a large insurance/banking organization. The Program Director will provide overall direction, governance, and stakeholder management across multiple delivery tracks involving configuration, customization, integration, and data migration. The role will require close coordination and other participating vendors to ensure end-to-end delivery success. Key Responsibilities Lead overall program governance, planning, and execution across all workstreams. Serve as the primary delivery lead for FPT, overseeing execution and collaboration with eBao and other vendors. Define and manage program KPIs, milestones, and quality frameworks.
