Job Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of this position are:
Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication between researchers, collaborators, and administrative staff. Prepare regular project updates and reports for management and stakeholders.Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, such as tracking expenses, and managing procurement processes related to program/core specifics. Maintain accurate records of project-related activities and documentation.Event Coordination: Organize workshops, seminars, conferences, and other program-related events. Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, venue booking, participant communication, and materials preparation.
