Position Overview
**Job Description**
The Program Coordinator I will support participant recruitment and public engagement for the CLARiTI Study by managing digital advertising campaigns, producing high-quality creative content, and developing accessible, culturally resonant participant-facing outreach materials.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree (Public Health, Communications, Marketing, Psychology preferred) or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may substitute for the degree when the experiences are closely related to the duties of the job.
+ None required, but 1-2 years administrative experience preferred
+ Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle digital advertising campaigns, including Meta Ads Manager
+ Experience with UTM tracking, Meta Pixel, analytics dashboards, and social media performance optimization
+ Proficiency with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and video editing
