**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Program Control Analyst** **(PCA)** to join our team in **King George, VA** . This is a **hybrid** position with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

As a member of the PCA team, you will leverage your developing technical background and knowledge to provide project management and administrative support and coordination to a complex portfolio of contracts or one very large program depending upon the exact assignment.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Maintaining and monitoring funding and expenditures for both MANTECH and subcontractors
+ Preparing financial reports and documenting financial compliance issues
+ Monitoring and reporting performance against plans to ensure contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met
