UPMC General Academic Pediatrics is hiring a full-time Professional Staff Nurse, OP to join their team in Oakland. This is a Monday through Friday daylight position with no weekend hours. Nurses can work either 8-hour shifts 5 days a week, or 10-hour shifts 4 days a week. There will be one late shift a week until 7:30pm.

Nurse will be providing patient education on medications, complete VFC vaccine reconciliation, vaccine counts and ordering, provide patient phone triage, documentation, complete nurse visits and administer vaccines and medications, nurse may also assist with rooming patients, taking vitals, participating in team meetings, and assist with clinical process improvement projects.
