Position Overview
Job Description: - Lead municipal and private civil engineering projects
- Manage project lifecycles from design through to implementation
- Compile technical reports, specifications, and tender documentation
- Conduct site inspections, progress meetings, and client liaison
- Ensure quality standards and technical compliance are maintained
- Mentor and support junior engineers
Skills & Experience: - Minimum 8 years experience in a civil consulting/design environment
- Strong technical, analytical, and report writing skills
- Proficient in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and MS Office
- Self-motivated with excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Previous experience leading design teams and coordinating multidisciplinary projects
Qualification: - BEng/BSc Eng. Degree in Civil Engineering
