Our client, a leading manufacturer in the paper and packaging industry, is looking for reliable and motivated **Production/Machine Helpers** to join their team in Appleton, WI. In this role, you will support daily production operations and play a key part in keeping the manufacturing process running efficiently.

**What You’ll Do**

+ Support machine operators to meet daily production goals
+ Prepare materials, including opening rolls and staging products
+ Package and wrap finished goods for shipment
