**JOB SUMMARY**

The Production Associate is responsible for aiding the line leader with daily transactions and maintaining a safe, organized, clean and efficient operation on their production line. They must be able to proactively identify and analyze problems and recommend appropriate action to improve performance to the line Leader. They ensure that produce of the highest quality is made ready and available for the day’s runs at an acceptable productivity level.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Performs to standard rate for assigned production line and communicates to leadership when company standard is not met.
+ Be aware of production performance KPIs.
+ Maintains a safe and clean workspace. Ensures work area is washdown ready for sanitation to finish including the floor, tables, cutting boards, and equipment.
