The Production Trainer develops Technical training courses and course material as required, meeting Etihad’s corporate vision and the Civil Aviation’s regulatory training requirements. This will include developing theoretical, practical and refresher training courses on Technical Documents and Procedures, Technical Induction, Safety including Human factors, Aircraft systems and technologies and delivering to the Technical Division covering Technicians, Engineers, Troubleshooters, Team leaders and Shift Managers. Including third party vendors in outstation locations as per regulatory requirements. Conduct practical assessments and mentor trainee Engineers and junior Technicians through a programme of classroom training and on the job training.
