Position Overview
What requirements you'll need to be eligible - Minimum Nitec/Diploma in any field
- Able to follow instructions
- Good motor skills and the ability to do fine assembly
- Ability to check for defects; identify and distinguish between colors
- Capable of working independently to a production schedule
- Good oral communication skills (English)
- Open to work in a start-up environment
- Available to start work immediately
- Mon to Fri, 8am to 5pm (with availability to commit to occasional OT work)
What you'll be doing on the job - Participate in day to day floor operations
- Perform routine production schedule under supervision of a manager
- Engage in training of production floor activities
- Perform equipment setup, operation and equipment adjustments
- Preventative maintenance for safety, quality and efficiency
