The primary role of the Production & Assembly function is to manufacture, assemble and pack products, ensuring compliance with ResMed’s Quality, OH&S, GMP policies and regulatory requirements.

• Mold, assemble and test components, devices and products ensuring compliance to GMP, quality, and OH&S standards.
• Ensure production schedules and KPIs are achieved to meet customer requirements.
• Set up workstations and follow written or verbal process specifications.
• Develop and implement strategic and operational objectives to support the organizational mission.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations, supervise employees, assign tasks, and maintain schedules.
• Interact with subordinates and other functional groups, exchanging or presenting factual information.
