We are seeking a Production Support Officer to join for the Fabrication and Assembly East Region of Metso.

The suitable candidate will be a pivotal part of the Production Support Team in ensuring targets are met.

This permanent position reports to the Production Support Manager. Located in the beautiful Esperance. A highly autonomous role perfect for a self-starter who excels at prioritizing tasks and solving problems independently.

What you’ll do

Some of the key components of this role include but are not limited to:
• Processing purchase orders, negotiate vendor pricing in line with supply chain estimates and collecting vendor quality paperwork. 
• Proactively monitoring outstanding supply items. 

• Answering expediting requisitions to internal stakeholders.
• Following up on outstanding vendor invoices and ensure receipting is carried out.
