Position Overview
Core Skills & Experience - Strong knowledge of Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance products
- Good understanding of UAE banking operations, workflows, and regulatory requirements
- Proven experience providing L2/L3 Product Support for critical banking applications
- Strong expertise in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), incident management, and problem resolution
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure, DevOps practices, and cloud‑based application support
- Experience in API testing and validation using Postman
- Strong exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Ability to support production releases, change management, and post‑deployment stability
- Experience working with Trade Finance (LCs, Guarantees, Collections) and SCF solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, multitasking, and prioritization skills
