Responsibilities

• Production schedule adherence, inventory management, and employee development.
• Determining resources (capacity) needed to meet production plan.
• Managing dispatching of work orders according to the build plan.
• Drive for workmanship and quality improvements.
• Responsible for producing product output.
• Managing employee attrition and retention.
• Ensuring compliance to ISO, Safety, ESD, Cleanroom and Housekeeping guidelines.
• Motivate staff to achieve breakthrough performances.
• Maintain highly disciplined workforce.
• Meet the performance matrix – HPU, CT, DPPM, Line Item, Volume, Cross Training, WIP Accuracy and Attendance.
• Take part or be trained on company's initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing and derive continual improvement.
