Production Supervisor (Office Hours / Day Shift)

Job Description

+ Lead a team of manufacturing operators and line leaders to achieve output, quality, and cycle time targets.
+ Follow cleanroom protocols, safety regulations, and quality standards at all times.
+ Participate in process improvement, cost reduction, yield enhancement projects & RPA.
+ Comply with company policies, EHS requirements, and industry regulations
+ Perform other duties as assigned to support manufacturing operations

Qualifications

+ Fresh graduate with a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field is encouraged to apply
+ Willingness and ability to work in a cleanroom environment
+ Basic proficiency in computer applications, particularly **Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint**
+ Knowledge in **Programming or Robotic Process Automation** will be added advantage.
