Role Summary
Ensure the management and optimization of production, times, quality and costs to achieve compliance with the objectives by coordinating all the resources of the plant, following the quality standards, the safety and environment policy established by the company.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the production lines through the personnel in charge so that the production program is fulfilled through SAP and Captor.
Support production supervisors in solving major problems by raising those that cannot be controlled with the current resources assigned.
Monitor during the shift the progress against the program and the actions to solve identified problems.
Coordinate with Safety, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Human Resources and Materials the necessary actions to correct and improve production problems.
Ensure safety practices, process controls, nonconforming product, order and cleanliness on the production floor.
