Job Description

The Production Supervisor leads day-to-day operations on the corrugator and converting lines to consistently hit output, quality, and cost targets. This role requires deep corrugated-box manufacturing experience and strong “process feel” — someone who can diagnose losses (speed, waste, downtime, quality defects), fine‑tune machine settings, and coach crews to run stable, fast, and safe.
