POSITION: Production Shift Supervisor

Job Purpose: The Production Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily work activities of the Line Technicians and closely coordinate with 3rd party service providers in managing the line output from a standpoint of quality and quantity to meet customer requirements, effectively controlling costs and continuously improving production methods, equipment, operating procedures, and working conditions.

Job Functions:

1. Plan and organize within his/her shift all production line resources which include personnel and service providers.

• Coordinate with Production Planner for production targets every start of the shift
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor for scheduled preventive maintenance of the line
• Develop weekly production schedule when assigned on 1st shift
• Develop personnel schedule based on leaves
