- Consistently knows and complies with our standard portion, sizes, cooking methods, and quality standards.
- Prepares back-ups every morning and ingredients for the next day.
- Orders ingredients as needed.
- Assumes 100% responsibility for the quality of products served.
- Responsible for preparing and portioning the product.
