Production Shift Leader – 1.74 High Index Process

We are looking for a Production Shift Leader in the 1.74 High Index process of Optodev, Inc. who will be responsible for directly supervising production operators to ensure that the production line meets daily requirements by monitoring manpower resources, production programs, material availability and ensuring target goals are met. The role requires communicating with the Production Supervisor about any line issues affecting production, the safety and well‑being of operators, and maintaining an efficient, safe working environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Maintain KPIs for all shifts: product quality, labor and machine productivity, material consumption, expenses, flow, and safety.
• Adapt to changes in formulation and monomer preparation sequence.
