The Production (Packaging) Engineer is responsible for all activities within the Packaging Department, including:
- Following the daily/weekly production plan and managing the team accordingly
- Ensuring that production output meets KPIs in terms of quality, quantity, and loss
- Developing and implementing plans to improve quality, increase efficiency, and reduce costs
- Monitoring and analyzing detailed daily/weekly/monthly production records and loss reports
- Supporting continuous improvement activities
- Keeping up to date with technical developments
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines
Array
- University degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Maintenance, or Food Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production facilities
- Preferably experienced in LEAN and Six Sigma manufacturing tools
