We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join a busy and growing manufacturing/ production team in Wellingborough. This is a backshift role working 11am until 8pm Monday to Friday.

This is a fantastic opportunity to begin a long-term career in manufacturing, with full training provided and excellent progression potential.

The role is hands-on and physical, ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, is reliable, and keen to learn.

You will be involved in the manufacture of high-quality products, using power tools and machinery, meeting production needs, and maintaining quality standards.

You'll be expected to follow safety regulations and company policies, accurately follow data and instructions, and carry out manual handling tasks.
