Responsibilities:

• Participate in daily production meetings to review results, upcoming plans, priorities, corrective actions, production strategies, reworks and material status.
• Communicate all key area indicators (WIP, production, quality, aging, materials, maintenance, hygiene, attendance, risks, reworks, capacity, etc.).
• Review shift status with Cell Leaders run quick supervisor meetings to set priorities.
• Work with the Manufacturing Manager on training, teamwork, and motivation.
• Set clear targets for staff manage attendance, turnover, efficiency, and certifications.
• Maintain a positive work environment and provide ongoing training.
• Enforce discipline, safety, ISO 9000, and ISO 14000 standards.
• Motivate staff to meet quality and production targets.
