We are seeking a Shift Production Manager (UK food manufacturing) to join a highly‑profitable food business in Somerset.

Roles & Compensation

• Monday to Friday (8hr shifts, 8AM–5PM) – base salary £53,000 plus over £10,000 in extras.
• Sunday to Thursday nights (8hr shifts, finishes 6AM Friday) – base salary £56,000 plus the same package.

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational improvements and suggest new initiatives.

• Improve team capabilities through structured development.

• Foster a collaborative working culture.
