Production Manager – Dolomite Quarry

Stevin Rock is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead operations at its Dolomite Quarry, a high‑volume 20 million tonnes per annum (MTPA) operation. This is a key leadership role within one of the region’s most significant quarrying environments, responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and cost‑effective production performance.

The focus of this position is the end‑to‑end management of a large‑scale Load & Haul operation, ensuring optimal fleet utilisation, disciplined execution, and continuous productivity improvement across a 24/7 operation.
