Main Responsibilities:

Manage the entire production process according to the defined Yanfeng standards
Lead the Production Department towards a cost effective production process: Higher productivity (KPI)/Lower internal scrap KPI
Setup a reporting system of all production related KPIs to the Operation Manager
Analyse and report production related data (KPI=Key Performance Indicators)
Initiate and monitor required cross training activities
Monitor and update the KPIs to calculate variable base wages and bonus payments
Support Continuous Improvement.
Lead the Production Department team to optimize working time and minimize waste of energy
Create and lead a task force for problem solving activities
Support the integration of new product launches. This requires a strong collaboration with Project/Launch manager
