Position Overview
Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end production of projects from concept to completion within workshop and site environments.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate production workflows, resources, and labor to ensure on-time project delivery.
- Oversee workshop operations including carpentry, steel fabrication, spray, finishing, assembly, and installation preparation.
- Coordinate between design, technical drawings, procurement, production, and installation teams.
Translate client briefs and technical drawings into accurate, buildable production outputs. - Oversee manufacturing of joinery, shopfitting elements, fixtures, and bespoke builds.
Monitor production progress, manage deadlines, and implement corrective action where delays occur. - Ensure efficient use of labor, machinery, workshop capacity, and resources.
- Implement and maintain quality control and assurance standards across all production stages.
