About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead operations within our Market Drayton manufacturing site. As a key member of the Senior Management Team, you will drive operational excellence, ensure delivery of strategic goals, and champion a culture of continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, as a Production Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, managing safety and quality standards, and consistently delivering against operational, cost and people metrics.
