We are hiring a Production Manager to lead factory operations with strong planning discipline, execution control, and delivery accountability.

Role Overview

You will own end-to-end production execution — from order allocation to dispatch readiness — ensuring:

• On-time shipment adherence
• Controlled rejection levels
• Optimal manpower utilization
• Zero production delays due to planning gaps

This is a leadership role requiring daily floor presence and system-driven monitoring.
