Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Production Manager to work for fantastic company based in Havant.
You will take responsibility for the management and leadership of a production team. You will lead, support, challenge, inspire and coach Team Members in delivering the company strategy and production/cellular objectives.
Duties include:
Oversee the production process, managing assembly/Machining lines, coordinating all production activities and operations across multiple product value streams. Resource planning, ensuring that key requirements are in place to meet the agreed forecasts. Be accountable for the Team’s outputs whilst maintaining and improving quality standards and proactively implementing actions when required. Ensuring that production is cost effective, improving productivity and reducing scrap. Work closely with other teams to drive class leading delivery performance.
