Position Overview

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Production Manager 2nd Shift located in Columbia, SC.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Production Manager guides and coordinates activities of employees engaged in the following areas of a manufacturing department; multi-level assembly, electronic card/system testing and quality assurance to attain production goals consistent with cost, quality, and delivery requirements.

Shift: 2nd: 3:30pm – 12:00am Monday-Friday

What a typical day looks like:

  • Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels.
  • Oversee the assembly operations to meet corporate KPIs.
  • Supervise production staff on work methods and quality checkpoints.
  • Coordinate with other departments and other Flex sites to drive excellence.
