Responsibilities

• Perform all job tasks carried out by workers across multiple production areas.
• Fill in and assist when departments are short‑staffed or when covering for absent employees.
• Support task assignments and daily scheduling to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Provide clear direction and guidance to production employees.
• Oversee machinery setups and adjust machine controls as required.
• Complete the job demands of all labourer positions on the production floor.
