Aethon Energy Operating LLCs (Aethon) Production Foreman provides hands on leadership and supervision to an integrated upstream and midstream operations team within the East Texas geographic region. This role reports to the District Superintendent and the direct reports may include up to 12 multi skilled operators and on occasion contract lease operators.
DUTIES & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide safety leadership to the field operations team and drive safety and environmental initiatives at the field level to achieve safety targets for assigned areas
- Meet production, plant run time performance, and operating cost targets for assigned areas
- Coordinate activities performed by Dallas based functional support teams that provide support to the operating area, including OCC, Engineering and Construction, Production Engineering, and HSE&SR
