What do you need do in this role:
Monitor daily production operations to ensure smooth workflow and production efficiency.
Lead and coordinate with production teams to achieve production targets and quality requirements.
Provide technical support to production lines.
Troubleshoot production issues related to process, machine, material, or manpower.
Work closely with Production, QA, Maintenance, and Planning teams to resolve issues.
Ensure production processes comply with quality standards (ISO, customer requirements).
Support root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective and preventive actions...
